Another addition to my collection of Noted Australians is Australian Celebrity Chef Ian Parmenter AOM. Among his many talents, Ian hosted a weekly show Consuming Passions for 10 years on ABC TV. He has written 14 books, is a winemaker, and with David Evans runs Consuming Passions a worldwide event management company. Ian, together with partner Ann, recently stayed at Hobbs Point Cottage, and we quickly became friends
